Outreach activity
One of the key elements of our mission is to promote applied mathematics, mathematics, computer science, and science in general to the general public. This includes to:- Increase knowledge about applied mathematics, and its importance, in the scientific community,
- To give lectures and demonstrations to seconary school pupils to encourage them to persue a university education in Science,
- To develop a passion for science within younger kids,
- To engage with the general public and policy makers to explain the economic benefits of strong scientific expertise in the community.
